Notes:

This record came in a "slot machine" gimmick cover which had a rotating disc inside the front cover when rotated it changed the pictures shown in the windows at top of front cover and the song title and artist in the window at the bottom of front cover.

This issue is identical to others with the same cat. # apart from there is "Made in Germany" stamped on the runouts and an F has been added to the matrix on the runouts.
