Do you have a shop I can visit?
We don't have a permanent shop. Allworthy Records is online-based. However, we regularly pop up at record fairs and events. Join our mailing list and we'll keep you up to date on where we'll be next.
How do you grade your records?
We follow the internationally recognised Goldmine Grading System (Mint, Near Mint, VG+, VG, etc.). Each record is carefully inspected, cleaned, and graded honestly to make sure you know exactly what you're getting. See our complete Grading Guide for detailed explanations.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International delivery times and costs vary by destination. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or local charges that may apply.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days of purchase. We aim to have all orders shipped within 5 working days of purchase.
During busy periods or following record fairs, dispatch may take slightly longer, but we always aim to be as prompt as possible.
Delivery times:
- UK orders: Usually arrive within 3–4 working days from dispatch
- UK Expedited Shipping: 2–3 working days
How are records packaged?
We take great care in packing and dispatching every order to ensure your records arrive safely and exactly as described. All records are shipped with protective polythene outer covers and secured in sturdy packaging using industry-standard vinyl mailers and protective materials or stiffeners.
Where appropriate, records are removed from sleeves and packed with additional padding to minimise the risk of damage in transit.
What are your shipping methods and rates?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on the size, weight, destination, and quantity of items ordered. You'll always see the full shipping cost before completing your purchase.

- UK Expedited Shipping: 2–3 working days
Do you offer order tracking?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal for quick, secure checkout.
What if I'm not happy with my order?
Customer satisfaction is really important to us. If something isn't right, get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
Can I sell my records to you?
Yes – we're always interested in buying quality vinyl collections, from single rare records to entire libraries. Drop us a message through our Sell to Allworthy page with details and we'll get back to you.
Do you take requests or want lists?
Definitely. If there's a particular record you're looking for, let us know and we'll do our best to source it for you. You can use our Vinyl Finder to submit your request.
