At Allworthy Records, we take great care in packing and dispatching every order to ensure records arrive safely and exactly as described. Vinyl records and accessories are packaged securely using appropriate protective materials.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days, and always within 5 working days of payment being received.

During busy periods, including following record fairs or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer. Where this occurs, we always aim to dispatch orders as promptly as possible.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on destination and the service selected at checkout. Typical delivery times are outlined below as a guide only:

United Kingdom

  • Standard shipping: 3–5 working days

  • Expedited shipping: 2–3 working days

All orders are shipped using reliable delivery services, with tracking provided where available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on the size, weight, destination, and quantity of items ordered.
The full shipping cost will always be shown before purchase is completed.

Packaging

All records are securely packaged using industry-standard vinyl mailers and protective materials or stiffeners.

Where appropriate, or upon request, records may be removed from their sleeves and packed with additional padding to minimise the risk of damage in transit.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Tracking details will be included where available.

International Shipping

We ship internationally. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges that may apply.

Delivery Issues

While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as carrier disruption or adverse weather.
