Notes:
First pressing to be distributed by Kinney. There is no 'W' (Warner communications logo) in the label rim text. The EKS 74055 (original cat. number is not printed on the label, but is stamped into the runout 'dead wax' on both sides. The sleeve has a large rectangular block with reversed out (white print) in it, which is presumably where the original EKS cat. number was printed before Kinney took over distribution in 1972.
