Notes:
10 track reissue on Canadian label Birchmount. The 1st, 7th, and 8th tracks from each side of the original are omitted in this reissue. Note the photo edit. It would have been easier and more graphically elegant to change the 16 to a 10 but I guess they didn't fancy making that point. Track A2 is misspelled on the tracklist as "Our Fathers And Religion", though the original correct name still appears on the cover.
