Notes:
‘Boxed’ Decca logo on blue labels. Fall 1969 (and later) repress of March 1969 'unboxed' original. Jacket and insert remained the same over the label design change, with laminate to front cover wrapping around the spine for 1/2" onto jacket rear. Lyric insert displays both mono (LK 4990) and stereo (SKL 4990) catalogue numbers. Inserts with only STEREO catalogue numbers are from later repressings. Back cover has an ''indicator hole'' to let the inner sleeve peep through: red = mono, blue = stereo. Also available in mono (LK 4990). First cat.nr. on cover, second on label.
