Shipping Information

We take great care in packing and dispatching every order to ensure your records arrive safely and exactly as described. All of our records are shipped with protective polythene covers and secured in sturdy packaging.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days of purchase. We aim to have all orders shipped within 5 working days of purchase.

During busy periods or following record fairs, dispatch may take slightly longer, but we always aim to ship as promptly as possible.

Shipping Methods

Delivery times will vary depending on destination and service selected at checkout, but typically fall within the following ranges:

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 working days
• Expedite Shipping: 2–3 working days

Packaging

All records are securely packaged using industry-standard vinyl mailers and protective materials or stiffeners.
Where appropriate or when requested, records are removed from sleeves and packed with additional padding to minimise the risk of damage in transit.
